I found it looking for any dirt there might be out there on Shore tel before we purchase it. So far, haven't got too dirty in my search which is a good thing.

The query was "shoretel avaya cisco nortel mitel siemens".

I was Google search'n 4 headsets, At first I thought it was part of ShoreTel's support site 'cause I remember hitting here before, while researching other ShoreTel issues in the past year.

A guy from Teledata told me about these forums. Teledata is a reseller of shoretel equipment as well as they help implement shoretel into your current business.

His name is Devin Self.
