GOOD MORNING SIR-
I have a question regarding the SHOREWARE CONTROL POINT SW - Can you tell me where its located or send me a link>? I am installing a system, and need some information on the proper steps to take for a seamless installation. I have installed the phones, and they are via DHCP, but I need to have some assistance with the HUNT GROUPS, and the AUTO ATTENDANT - relationship with the receptionist, etc.

You wont believe what we found that was making these calls drop. We have checked on a trunk in Columbus.....Music on hold. Why we had had that checked was beyond me but after we unchecked it, the transers work. No we have one way audio but waiting to upgrade to 8.1. THANKS

Good Morning. I was told to come to the ShoreTel man for a trouble I am having with dropped calls when transferring. Here is the link to my Thread I started. Could you think of any ideas as to why I am having this trouble.
