Hello - Can you please reply with a FIX if possible for my situation. Currently, the main RECEPTION is setup for DID, since the AA "always" answers, irregardless of the schedule for ON - OFF - and HOLIDAY HOURS>
The 8.1 Shoretel is installed. Please offer assistance since my Shoretel Partner cannot fix the problem, and they are rather slow in responding aud naseaum.

Hey Charles.

I have a questions for you since you seem to be the Shoretel Guru on this forum.
I am having an issue dialing from Pittsburgh to columbus then doing a transfer out. As soon as I hit transfer the call drops. Columbus to Pittsburgh then transfer out the call work great. We are using an Ingate siperator inbetween Global and Shoretel as an FYI. Global said not there issue.

I was wondering if you have hear such a problem and if so any fix for it.
