Anyone did LCR Programming for IDD call with Shoretel before? Got any manual or guide to share out. Thank alot as currently looking for assistance on this area.

OK, I got LCR= Least Cost Routing. What is IDD? International Direct Dialing?

There is nothing to program, Shoretel will choose the path with the least cost available to that user.
