I run Presentation Server 4.5 on 2003. PCM work fine in that setup. Xen App 4.5 is identitical to Presentation Server 4.5. If you are talking about Xen App 4.5 on Windows 2008 server, that is a differnt story. I have not tested that.

I am also running Presentation Server 4.5, with ST 7.5. We ran into some issues initially with the PCM install. Every CM that launched came up with my login. I was able to remedy by editing this registry key

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\T erminalSer ver\Install\Software\Shoreline Teleworks\Shoreware Client

It had my username in it. Removed and bounced and everyone was ok after an initial setup wizard run-through.

We are currently running Presentation Server 4.5 with Call Manager 7.0 Build 12.5.9303.0. It does work but there is a know issue with the TAPI client. Shoretel has since released a fix the in 7.5 and in 8.1 that is supposed to run better. I am in the early stages of testing with the 8.1 upgrade. I would assume it should still work (hopefully better).
