We purchased Brand New about a year ago, 50 ip230b Phones, but decided to go in another direction with our VOIP system. These phones are all brand New in the box, never been used, and ready to go. The customer service we received was way below par, and after several days of broken promises, and our users without phones, we canned shoretel and decided to go in a different direction. In our oppinion, if you cant deliver the first time, and wont make the effort to correct your mistakes, then we dont want to stick around and see what the future holds. That is the only reason why.

I wouldn't let a Shoretel partner be the cause of switching systems. There are a number of other partners that can assist and Shoretel corporate would be happy to get involved. Have you been in touch with the Regional Sales Manager from Shoretel regarding this?

its been over a year now, and we are extremely happy with our new system. In fact we were dealing directly with Shortel Corporate to correct some of the issues, but there were some employee changes made on their part, and when the changes occured we basically had to start at ground zero and it just got to a point where we decided to go with the company we new would take care of us from day one. Shoretel is a great company i have no doubt, its just the service we received and the time constraints pushed us in a different direction.

To answer a few of the most commonly asked questions, Yes i will sell them individually or in any number of quantity, however i would rather sell the whole lot and would also be willing to give better pricing on the whole lot. If you are interested in the whole lot, please send me your contact info, and the price you are looking to pay per phone and we can start from there. Also they are Brand New, in boxes that have not been opened so they were never used. If a deal is reached, we can and will verify this information to ensure a smooth safe transaction.
