Echo on calls using Conf Bridge

I have a customer that uses the conference bridge for all conference calls that has received a few complaints from people hearing an echo in the calls. Has anyone experienced this or know what would cause it?

There is a known issue (aka bug) for echo on the conference bridge. Get the latest version of the conference bridge software and start there.
