That is right 15%, this applies to New or Existing Applications, Adds moves and changes including Installations.

This does not include travel, airfare if applicable or purchase of equipment.

Yes, but unfortunately I am not able to work on the ECC, I am currently bound by contract not to work directly with the ShoreTel ECC.
