G'day folks - one of our customers has 2 switchboard operators. IP230's with headsets. They use drag and drop operator call manager to direct approx. 10000 calls per day. Headsets always off-hook so everything is driven from the mouse.
Occasioanlly, maybe once each per day - when they go to pickup the incoming workgroup call (either by pressing answer popup, green answer icon or double clicking incoming call) - an Error Icon (Red Circle with White Cross) pops up to the left of the active call and the call remians unanswered. If they wait a few moments the icon disappears, but then when they attempt to answer again the same icon appears.
Has anyone ever come across this..?
