Data link info on PRIs at remote sites

I can't see the Link information (D-channel status, Line Coding status, Framing Status..OOF errors, etc) on T1/PRI switches not managed by the HQ server, and can't find any documentation regarding this. Tried install guide, admin guide, maintenance guide.

We are currently on ver 7.5 due to required upgrades on desktop hardware before upgrade to 8.1 and beyond. Not sure if this is addressed in future versions, would be interested to hear from someone.

Are we supposed to have HQ server manage the T1/PRI switches, even at remote sites? That wouldn't make much sense, but only if I have HQ server managing the PRIs can I see the Link information.
