We are on Shoretel 9.1 and I have just finished setting up a FF820 FaxFinder server.
Everything is working other then the redirection part. When ever I test from a fax machine to my extension it will go to voice mail. Even if I pick up the call and try to get it to redirect, it doesn't.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? (that will help)
The site fax extension configured?
That should be the extension number of the fax server. Also the extension type for the fax server needs to be configured as "FAX SERVER"
